In a matter of 5 minutes on the phone with you I knew exactly where every pipe went. Id say in no more than 30 minutes you could get some type of instruction, whether it be typed out instructions or stickers on the pipes. It would help out not only the customers, but also cut down on some of your call volume. Sometimes you just need to tell somebody that you are not 1000% sure your parts will be ready and turn down a sale. If people took what I said as bashing you, then that is thier problem.
